Covent Garden Mum Christmas Calendar 2020 Terms and Conditions.
1. Covent Garden Mum Christmas Calendar 2020
1a. You (herein know as the consumer) are at liberty to use the Covent Garden Mum Christmas Calendar during the month of December 2020.
1b. Any free gift or promotion offered in the calendar by each contributor is not negotiable or transferrable.
1c. Expiry date. The calendar will expire on 31st December 2020. However, each individual contributor lists their own terms, conditions and validity dates on their own calendar page which must be adhered to.
1d. The consumer is solely responsible for the arrangements and additional costs for them and any person(s) in their party to cover requirements such as; travel, accommodation and any other essential arrangements to be made in order for them to visit the selected contributor. Covent Garden Mum (herein know as CGM) is in no way responsible for logistics or further payment required for the consumer and their parties visit.
2. How to use the Christmas Calendar
2a. Open each calendar door, numbered 1 – 25, to see a variety of contributors and the ‘Christmas Gift’ they are offering. You can visit as many of the contributors as you would like to within the month of December 2020.
2b. To claim your Christmas gift / promotion, show the Covent Garden Mum Christmas Calendar on your phone or as a print out when visiting a contributor in person, or enter the special online promo code (selected contributors only) at the check out when ordering online.
2c. Each contributor is solely responsible for any sustenance, gifts, discounts, or other, given to the consumer and their party during the visit. CGM is not responsible in any way for what is given to the consumer or their party. CGM does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death to anyone occurring as a result of the consumer or their party accepting any sustenance, gifts, discounts, or other during their visit to Covent Garden and the selected contributor.
3. COVID 19
3a. Please ensure you stick to the COVID 19 guidelines as set out by the UK government, and any updates of this including but not limited to; wearing face coverings when inside, frequent washing of hands / using hand sanitiser and social distancing.
3b. CGM is not responsible for individuals actions whilst visiting the contributor for any breach of COVID 19 guidelines.
4. Limitation of liability
4a. CGM will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the consumer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death to anyone occurring as a result of the Christmas Calendar being used and offers redeemed.
4b. The consumer must ensure that they and any members of their party adhere to UK laws when visiting Covent Garden and individual contributors.
